Recurring Discount
Recurring plans get 10%–20% off, starting with your first cleaning. Cancel before your second cleaning, and we'll charge back that discount — your booking becomes one-time only.

Cancellations
Cancel 24+ hours ahead at no charge. Under 24 hours, your $25 deposit will be charged.

Rescheduling
Reschedule 24+ hours ahead at no charge. Under 24 hours, a $25 fee may apply.

Gift Cards
Gift cards can't be combined with other promotions or discounts.

One Discount Per Booking
Only one discount per booking — including referral credits. They can't be combined.

Referral Credit
Referral credit can be used in our app or on our booking site only. It's not cashable.
