Agreement to these terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Maid Bees website, booking experience, and cleaning services. By using the website or booking a service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or book a service.

Bookings and service information

You agree to provide accurate contact, address, property, access, and service information. A booking is confirmed only after the booking process is completed and any required deposit is accepted. Service availability, arrival windows, duration, and pricing may vary based on the information provided and the condition or size of the home.

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to request service at the property. You are responsible for arranging safe, timely access to the property and identifying fragile items, hazards, pets, restricted areas, or special instructions before service begins.

Prices, deposits, and payment

Prices and any required deposit are presented during booking. You authorize Maid Bees and its payment providers to charge the selected payment method for the amounts disclosed to you, including approved additions or adjustments. If the actual property or requested work differs materially from the booking details, we may explain and request approval for a price or scope adjustment before continuing.

Cancellations and refunds

Our current cancellation policy provides a full refund of the $50 deposit when a cancellation is made more than three hours before the appointment. A cancellation made within one hour of the appointment does not receive a deposit refund. Other refund requests are evaluated individually, and we first seek a reasonable opportunity to address the concern before issuing a full or partial refund.

Phone and electronic communications

When you provide a phone number or email address, you authorize us to use it for communications needed to respond to your request and manage your booking. If you select the text-message consent checkbox in the price popup, you agree to receive appointment-related texts, such as confirmations, scheduling details, reminders, arrival or service-status updates, and responses to appointment questions.

Text-message consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not prevent non-text communications that are necessary to complete or support a booking.

Customer responsibilities

• Provide a reasonably safe working environment, including disclosure of health, structural, electrical, pest, or other hazards.
• Secure cash, jewelry, important documents, medication, weapons, and other valuable or sensitive items before service.
• Secure pets and provide any entry, parking, building, or alarm instructions needed for timely access.
• Review the completed service promptly and contact Maid Bees as soon as possible with any concern so we have an opportunity to address it.

Service limitations

We may decline or stop work when conditions are unsafe, unlawful, outside the booked scope, or materially different from the information provided. Results can vary based on age, wear, damage, staining, materials, prior treatment, and property condition. Maid Bees does not guarantee removal of every stain, odor, mark, allergen, pest, mold condition, or permanent damage.

Website use and intellectual property

You may use this website only for lawful personal or business purposes related to Maid Bees services. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, copy the website for commercial use, or misuse Maid Bees names, logos, images, or content. Website content is owned by or licensed to Maid Bees and is protected by applicable law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. Maid Bees is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from website use or services. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above identifies the latest version. These terms are governed by applicable United States law and the law that applies where the service is performed, without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
